We combine your original photos with AI-assisted motion and human editing. Not every photo needs to move, and we won’t invent family events. If a motion effect doesn’t look right, we’ll discuss using the original photograph instead.
We’ll ask separately before using your photos or film in our marketing. Ordering a film won’t be treated as permission to publish your family’s story.

What photos should I prepare?
Start with clear photos where the people you want included are easy to see. We’ll confirm which photos work before accepting an order. Only share photos you are authorized to use.
Will everyone look exactly like their photos?
AI animation can change facial details. We review the result, but cannot promise perfect motion from every photograph. Original-photo editing remains an option we’ll discuss with you.
When will I receive my film?
We’ll agree on a delivery date before you pay. If your gift is for a specific day, please include that date in your inquiry.
What can I change in the preview?
The planned package includes one consolidated round of changes to text, sequencing and small selections within the agreed materials. A different story, new people or a new template may require a separate quote. Our own errors are corrected without using your revision round.
Can I order or upload photos now?
Not yet. We’re preparing the sample film and completing our payment setup. You can email us with questions now, but we are not accepting paid orders or photo uploads yet.
What about cancellations and privacy?
Complete service and privacy terms, including cancellation rules, storage providers and retention periods, will be available before ordering opens. Please don’t send family photos through this preview.
